New situational judgment scenarios are generated for that role, rather than drawn from an off-the-shelf item bank.

Responses are scored with a five-category Graded Response Model and a frozen XGBoost, LightGBM, and Ranger ensemble.

Cohort comparison report
Each candidate receives theta, percentile, Ability Level, cohort band, and integrity context in an inspectable report.

Theta has its own volume discount: 15% at 10–49, 25% at 50–199, and 35% at 200+ completed assessments. No subscription or platform fee. 500+ is handled through Contact Sales.
