Implementation

From job description to a live evidence workflow.

A serious pilot needs more than assessment links. Implementation connects role design, campaign setup, candidate communication, reviewer readiness, evidence review, and a clear decision about what scales next.

01 · Discovery

Define the hiring decision and operating constraints

Confirm the target roles, cohort size, current selection process, stakeholders, candidate experience, privacy requirements, accommodations, and what evidence would change a decision.

02 · Role workshop

Convert the JD into the measurement brief

Review responsibilities, success conditions, realistic ambiguity, competency priorities, and risk exposure. Record assumptions so the customer can review the role model before launch.

03 · Campaign setup

Configure engines, invitations, and review ownership

Choose Theta, Titan, or the staged workflow. Set candidate windows, communications, reviewer access, and completion monitoring in the portal.

04 · Reviewer readiness

Align people before reports arrive

Explain theta, Ability Level, integrity context, Titan mastery evidence, and the difference between review signals and verdicts. Agree who can act on each output.

05 · Pilot review

Inspect both outcomes and workflow quality

Review completions, candidate experience, report usefulness, interview follow-through, and any mismatches between the role model and real decision needs.

06 · Scale decision

Expand only what the evidence supports

Decide whether to refine the role brief, repeat the pilot, add another engine, or extend to new roles. Preserve versions so later programs do not silently inherit outdated assumptions.

The point

Implementation is part of validity

A sound model can still be misused. Role design, reviewer training, candidate notice, and disciplined handoffs determine whether assessment evidence improves a real hiring decision.
