Who we are and how to reach us
AI Psychometrics Inc. operates the adaptive hiring assessment platform covered by this Privacy Policy, including the candidate assessment experience, the customer portal at portal.ai-psychometrics.com, and ai-psychometrics.com (together, the “Service”). The roles we play
For Candidate data, the Customer that invited the Candidate is the data controller; AI Psychometrics processes on the Customer’s instructions as processor/service provider. Candidates should contact the inviting company; they may also contact us and we will refer. For Customer account data, AI Psychometrics is the data controller.
Data we collect
From Customers: account data (name, work email, credentials, company name, role) and usage/configuration data (assessment configurations, invitation lists, dashboards/reports). From Candidates: contact data (email provided by Customer), assessment data (responses including free-text conversational answers, choice data, timestamps, scores/reports/outcomes), and technical data (standard server logs for security/operation).
How we use personal data
We use personal data to provide, operate, and secure the Service (invitations, adaptive assessments, scoring, results/reports for the inviting Customer); communicate with Customers; maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service (aggregated or de-identified where practicable); and comply with law. We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising.
AI processing of assessment responses
Responses, including free-text responses, are processed by machine-learning models to administer the adaptive assessment and produce scores/reports, on behalf of the inviting Customer. Processing involves third-party large-language-model API provider(s) as subprocessors; models/providers may change. Results are decision-support; hiring decisions are made by the Customer, not by AI Psychometrics.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only essential cookies or storage required to operate the Service, such as for session and authentication. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers. Blocking cookies may break sign-in.
Subprocessors
Subprocessor categories, acting on our instructions and under confidentiality, include cloud hosting/infrastructure; database and authentication; cache/session storage; transactional email delivery; and third-party large-language-model API provider(s) for response processing.
International transfers
We and subprocessors operate in multiple countries, including the United States; data may be transferred to countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
Data is retained while the Customer account is active, as instructed, or as needed to provide the Service; longer where law requires or to resolve disputes. Customers may request deletion. On account termination, we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period except where law requires retention.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures including TLS, access controls, and secret management. No method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object, or withdraw consent. Candidates may contact the inviting company or privacy@ai-psychometrics.com; we direct requests to the responsible Customer. Customers may contact privacy@ai-psychometrics.com. Individuals may have a right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Children
The Service is for adults in a hiring context. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Changes
An updated policy will be posted with a new “last updated” date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
