Why you received an assessment
An employer or authorized partner invited you to complete an adaptive hiring assessment for a legitimate hiring or evaluation process. The invitation should identify the organization and role. That organization determines why the assessment is used and is responsible for the employment decision.
What data is processed
The Service may process the email provided by the inviting Customer, your choices and free-text conversational responses, timestamps, assessment events, scores, reports and outcomes, and standard server logs needed for security and operation.
How AI is used
Your responses, including free-text responses, may be processed by machine-learning models and third-party large-language-model API provider(s) to administer adaptive questions and produce scores or reports for the inviting Customer. Models and providers may change. The outputs are decision-support; AI Psychometrics does not make the hiring decision.
Integrity context
The Service may record timing, consistency, or behavioral events for a reviewer to consider in context. These signals are not automatic proof of misconduct and should not be treated as an accusation without human review.
Your responsibilities and accommodations
Complete the assessment independently and follow the instructions. If you need an accommodation, encounter a technical issue, or have questions about the process, contact the inviting organization before the deadline where possible.
Your rights and questions
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object, or withdraw consent. Because the inviting Customer controls the hiring purpose, contact that organization first. You may also contact privacy@ai-psychometrics.com and we will direct the request to the responsible Customer.
Age limit
The Service is for adults in a hiring context and is not directed to anyone under 18.
